Flick-or-Treat Hat Tournament Entry

Date/Time  of Tournament:
 October 30th, 9AM until 5PM

Directions:
 Take I-64 (East or West) to exit 234. Get on 199 East (Lightfoot). Take the 
  Longhill Road exit. Turn left onto Longhill Road. Continue on Longhill Road 
  until you see the James City County Recreation Center parking lot (less than
  a mile). Park there, preferably (for you) closer to the fields.

__ 1 - I can run and catch (mostly); throw, not so much

__ 2 - I've got a flick, and I'm not afraid to use it

__ 3 - Played lots of pickup, decent throws

__ 4 - All the throws are there, and/or quite a bit of experience

__ 5 - My play will make you weep 


Entry fee: $15

Other Notes:
 Bagels & water will be provided.
 Everybody gets a shirt.
 You don't have to wear a costume, but it is encouraged. 
 There will be prizes for costumes. You must play in costume to qualify.
 All costume-related rules are subject to the TD's whim and fancy.
 Sending entry forms in ahead of time is highly encouraged, and may result in
  preferential treatment.
 If you are planning to show up, but can't mail this form by October 25th, 
  please send me an email to let me know you're coming. This will ensure that
  there is a shirt for you.
